I was on call with his coworker but the call kept getting disconnected until he decided to help me and I couldnt be more thankful as my printer stopped working last night. He was very patient and made sure to walk me through every steps. Thank you so much again!!!!

Invalid Pin I could not figure out why after entering a new employee, they were unable to access the system. I contacted support and in less than 30 seconds he told me what I needed to do. Instant fix!! He even waited patiently, while I walked over to the location of the POS. Great service!

Buyer beware Buyer beware! Lavu will sell themselves as "great" bar/restaurant product, but what is included in the basic package is "pretty basic." They tell you exactly what basic will get you as far as equipment BUT, they conveniently forget to tell you what it does NOT include in functionality. Can it handle a "gift certificate?" Nope! But, for an extra $50 per month (after you have purchased the system) it can. Wow. Seems like pretty standard functionality to me! THEN, be careful about the credit card charges. They promised the dual pricing of 4% that is passed along to customers will cover all the credit card charges. BUT, not even close! There are platform charges and gateway charges and other things I am not even sure what they are. SO, if I had to do it all over, I'd recommend TouchBistro or Lightspeed, or maybe just a regular old cash register ...for what you get in included functionality. Good luck. And, I hope you know what you are doing.

Lavu is a Food Truck Lifesaver! I can’t imagine a more perfect POS for our food truck business! From day one, customer service from every person we’ve been in contact with has been phenomenal. Processes have been explained, questions have been answered, all uncertainties on this side of running our new business have been taken away by the outstanding communication and knowledge of the Lavu team. The system itself is very user friendly - I was nervous learning the system and honestly thought “it can’t be this easy” several times, but now that we’ve been using the system at full speed, it really IS that easy! I love the End Of Day breakdowns - it takes all the guesswork out of the equation and tells us everything we need to know about that day’s service so we can confidently close out the day successfully with no surprises. To have that peace of mind in this business is a blessing and we are so grateful for the Lavu team and this system!
