Awesome i can not remeber her nane but she was just soooo knowledgable about how to minimize migranes but still be able to function. She could tell things about me before i even told her & she advise other options suchas cremes to help relieve pain instead of having to smoke all the time because of work & driving you need to be sober so I really liked her.

Supportive and easy to deal with!! Although I had a few setbacks between the NY health dept and the practitioner, it was undetermined where the fault was to be found. Veronica was a rock star in working with me to obtain satisfaction. She pulled out all stops to support my endeavor and even went so far as to make sure on her days off her fellow workers were apprised of my problem. I made calls to local practitioners and found the cost and their expectations astronomical. The fee I paid for HelloMD and the amount of time I spent processing and talking with someone online was nominal. I highly recommend HelloMD and their support staff. Thank you.

Poor quality of doctors Poor quality of doctors. The doctor told me she wouldn’t give me anything because I am 19 even though I purchase my own for pain management and wanted to see a doctor for more precise pain management. Before she even heard about why I need it she told me no. I wasn’t treated kindly or respectfully. I felt looked down on. Not the experience you want from a doctor who’s one of your last resorts for pain management. Find a different doctor. Did not seem like a welcoming environment nor one that have patient care as a top priority.

I had some issues at the pharmacy… I had some issues at the pharmacy because my doctor had passed away and the pharmacy would not honor my percription when I called back to Hellomd Trisha was so helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Infinitely patient Have had rheumatoid arthritis for 3.5 yrs & wanted to check out the benefits of medical marijuana. HelloMD was recommended, and the people there couldn't have been nicer.
