GBSkeptical to start BUT thoroughly SATISIFIED! Brief questionnaire, followed by a not so fluid process that includes paying and uploading info and downloading the video app. I was a little scared, but after talking to the doctor it was painless simple and less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kim was very nice and very informative. I suggest for anyone!

GBInfinitely patient Have had rheumatoid arthritis for 3.5 yrs & wanted to check out the benefits of medical marijuana. HelloMD was recommended, and the people there couldn't have been nicer. The techs helped me get the video conferencing set up (took forever on my tablet), and guided me through the whole experience. Dr. Richard Kim discussed all the different options available and how each one might be beneficial in its own way - answered all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. GBnot very informative. I was hopping that I would get information on how to use the medicine on the followup email, but it did not come up. Neither the link to print the ID card to order the product from dispensary is working. Now it's already after hours, so I have to deal with it tomorrow. Kind of frustrating.

CAPoor quality of doctors Poor quality of doctors. The doctor told me she wouldn’t give me anything because I am 19 even though I purchase my own for pain management and wanted to see a doctor for more precise pain management. Before she even heard about why I need it she told me no. I wasn’t treated kindly or respectfully. I felt looked down on. Not the experience you want from a doctor who’s one of your last resorts for pain management. Find a different doctor. Did not seem like a welcoming environment nor one that have patient care as a top priority.
