Overpriced domains above retail pricing… Overpriced domains above retail pricing and i've been with them for about 20 years, they now put the prices up so high to renew your domain and above $14 that i will now move all my remaining domains to another registra. You can find any out there that are cheaper than this company. All the are doing is a registra they are nothing special there is no service you want to pay extra for they don't do a good job anyways so avoid and use an affordable registra not these guys And look at their terrible canned reply it is offensive they reply like that to think it is acceptable. you do not strive at all, what utter drivel and nonsense from you guys it's not hard to be competitive. You are doing a cash grab and it's out of order. You are ripping people off. PERIOD Quality service: You are renewing a domain you are not providing service to the Royal Family here. That is it you are doing nothing special at all, you take my card number and renew the domain and an inflated rate. You think that is a service and a good service that loads of providers do at a fraction of the cost?

Great company Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. The guys at Moniker are really great! The guys at Moniker are really great! However, one of the third-party products they use is cPanel. We had a disastrous experience where our email would go out every day. A 99% failure rate. It was because one person in our organization had misconfigured their iPhone email account, but it took a week for cPanel to get back to Moniker with the answer. I sent Moniker emails every single day, and they responded promptly every single day. However, it took the folks at cPanel about a week to finally get the answer for us. It also seemed very odd that one email account with cPanel that wasn't set up properly could shut down all of the email accounts in the entire organization. Not good. Anyway, the folks at Moniker were always responsive to my pleas for help. And in the end, we did find a solution. I have used Moniker for all my domain hosting needs for many years and have always appreciated the high level of professionalism and support they provide. Even in spite of the horrible experience I had setting up this new email system with cPanel, the folks at Moniker were great and are highly recommended!
