Papa is highly unreliable Papa is highly unreliable i call 3 days ahead of time as I was told I was supposed to do. They don't show up most of the time without a notice. I have to call them every time even when I specifically asked to get a notice if people are not available. I shouldn't have to chase people and miss appointments. I filed a complaint with the help of my insurance. I'm annoyed.

I'm pleased beyond words with this purchase. I couldn't be happier with this purchase of Papa's Tools weed puller. It works exactly as well as the advertisement shows. It was so satisfying to use that my grandson wanted to take over. That, right there, is worth more than the 5 stars I give this tool. 🙂

I've been a Pal for over a year now I've been a Pal for over a year now. Have been near and far from home to take visits with people through this company. I don't always understand nor do I agree with the payments. Especially when it come to taking a member to a Dr Appointment. My trip tells me the fastest, shortest route due to road construction. And I get paid what they want to pay me. You can never speak to a person. So I just don't choose those Visits! Lesson Learned

The people should know when you change the policy and let them know what's going on and why you change the policy you guys are always changing the policy everyday . We don't know anything about it . Papa should have us pals be full-time or part-time pals out here since we're the ones that are doing the work going to the people's houses taking care of them and doing everything for the members . We are the ones that make Papa look good we are the ones that doing all the hard work we are not the ones that are sitting on our computers and doing really nothing.
