Lara at Patient Care Medical truly took the stress out of ordering catheters Lara knows her industry so well that after a phone conversation she immediately knew which catheters would work for my dad and she was 100% right. She’s the first person in two years that explained why our current catheters aren't working for us. She’s a pleasure to communicate with in writing and over the phone. As the owner of two Adult Foster Homes… As the owner of two Adult Foster Homes I have struggled to get my residents needs met with the other supplier we had been using. Nick was both EXTREMELY helpful AND sent a partial shipment immediately to SERVE the client! GREAT service and I WILL be referring other AFH's to this company!

Overall rating excellent but do have a… Overall rating excellent but do have a suggestion: In the past have received shipments without any shipping invoice inside boxes....have been informed shipments are in route and then items lost in transit.....would be good if customers always receive shipping invoices and tracking numbers.

I have been involved in healthcare since 1976, assigned to every role from nurse’s aide, RN, Assistant VP for nursing, & eventually to CEO of a multi- hospital & clinic system that included 1100 inpatient beds & 28 offsite clinics.
