GBIt was life changing for me. It was life changing for me to receive catheters from Patient Care Medical. I had been reusing (alcohol soaked) ones that I received in 1992 after my cancer surgery. I never thought that I could afford to purchase them. Patient Care Medical was understanding of my situation and worked with me and my insurance. I’ll always be grateful to them.

GBGreat customer service! Thankfully I was rescued by Lara at Patient Care Medical from another supplier who did not have my best interests at heart. I am a Medicare patient, was having trouble with infections and was caught short on supplies. Lara couldn't have been more helpful. She really went to bat for me in obtaining samples and setting me up with a much better infection-preventing product. She's knowledgable, responsive and her communication with my doctor's office was great. I am very happy to have made the switch to Patient Care Medical.

GBI am relatively new to Patient Care… I am relatively new to Patient Care Medical. I found them doing a google search for a specific item I require (thanks google!). I used the "contact us" form, on the website, and received a call from Lara within 10 minutes, THAT is customer service. Lara listened to my specific needs, is a subject matter expert, explained options, took down information, and MADE IT HAPPEN. THAT is also great customer service and she has stayed in contact by following up and making sure I have the required medical supplies I need. So would I recommend Patient Care Medical? YES, that is a no brainer and hey, you may get lucky and get to talk to Lara, however I am sure the other representatives are awesome as well.

GBOverall rating excellent but do have a… Overall rating excellent but do have a suggestion: In the past have received shipments without any shipping invoice inside boxes....have been informed shipments are in route and then items lost in transit.....would be good if customers always receive shipping invoices and tracking numbers.
