GBinitial struggles gave way to great customer service I struggled with this company after my friend passed. I wanted to cancel her alarm and had to jump through hoops of filling out forms for cancellation and faxing things and sending equipment back. I was never able to get any confirmation and I kept being charged even months after I’d submitted everything and mailed back the equipment. Today, a new employee contacted me. They were going through and cleaning up account issues. When I explained the situation, they apologized for the confusion, they agreed with me that it should have been an easier process, and they were able to get the cancellation pushed through. All I had to do was send a brief reply to the cancellation email I sent. Today was a great experience.

I had to buy a new pendant so I'm still waiting to find out if it works here in AZ. We had this system for my mother-in-law for about 3-4 years and we never had to worry because we saw the response time was excellent.
