My concierge My concierge, Angela was great! This was my first time using this concierge service and I’m hooked. Couldn’t have been easier. What a great option if you can’t wait for pre-authorization from the insurance companies!

I needed an MRI ASAP and I have Medi… I needed an MRI ASAP and I have Medi cal insurance which is difficult to get anything done. I had gone to the ER for severe knee pain after a sports injury and they would not write the referral for the MRI. I reached out to this company and a woman named Angela texted me right away and got me an MRI appt without the referral the next day. I’m so grateful and now I can get this process moving along faster knowing exactly what’s wrong. Unfortunately it’s an almost completely torn ACL but not having to wait for my dr or insurance to approve the MRI is such a game changer. Thank you so much.

Great customer service and saved a lot! So I checked out some reviews of affordable scan and everyone was raving about Angela. It’s no joke. She’s that awesome. She was very helpful in explaining the process and identifying locations and times. I’m glad I searched around and didn’t do the hospital referral MRI. I saved over $1000 since I hadn’t met my deductible yet. Highly recommend.

Angela is one of a kind. The BEST kind!! Angela is one of the sweetest, kindest, most compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have always been very leery when it comes to online sites I am not familiar with, but just 1 chat with Angela changed my whole perception of that. I would recommend her hands down. Outstanding service and unbeatable price My doctor made a referral for a MRI test and I got referred to the hospital imaging department. I first called the insurance and they told me that the test estimate was $2,700, then I called the hospital and they estimated $1,900. Finally, I searched on Google and I was lucky to find AffordableScans. I filled out a form and Angela immediately pinged me on my phone. She gave me 2 options ($440 or $450). I took the less expensive one and had my MRI done scheduled earlier than the hospital had initially scheduled me for. I got my results on the cloud 2 hours after the exam and I was able to browse the results immediately. The radiologist report came a day after. The only thing that I would improve is the referral process from my doctor to the outside facility. I would like to thanks Angela for always being on top of the process via SMS texts.
