My concierge My concierge, Angela was great! This was my first time using this concierge service and I’m hooked. Couldn’t have been easier. What a great option if you can’t wait for pre-authorization from the insurance companies!

Much needed assistance I was desperate to find an MRI for my knee that has had me in pain for months, and my insurance put me through the ringer just to land an appointment that would be another few weeks out. At 5pm the text concierge helped me find four nearby locations including prices and an appointment at one of them for the next morning at 1045am. She helped me get all the necessary information over from my doctor and book the appointment. Total cost was $245, up front, no mystery expenses by coming through my worthless insurance, and the location was legit with numerous of its own 5 star reviews. This is how healthcare should be.

Angela was amazing..!! Angela was amazing. VIP customer service all the way. She replied in a prompt manner and had an answer to my many questions. Very polite and assertive. I would recommend your services knowing that you have the service standards that Angela delivered today. This employee should be rewarded.!

Overall a really good experience Overall a really good experience. Only complaint I have is my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and I wasn’t seen until 2:10. Scan went well and I got a CD of the scans before I left. I received a follow up email within 36 hours with my scans and a doctors report on the scan findings that I can share with my doctor or really anyone. Major bonus was it cost less than half what I would have been charged thru my insurance.

The medical staff misread my scan as… The medical staff misread my scan as free and clear of tears. This resulted in me not getting the proper medical attention. After months of continued pain, I went to a specialist who, despite the “poor quality” of the scan, saw a clear partial tear in hamstring tendon.
