Best experience… The entire experience with Anja Health was amazing from start to finish. The customer service was immaculate! They were super responsive throughout the entire process even when I reached out in the middle of the night! I never knew banking was accessible to the average joe like me and didn’t imagine it would be so easy and affordable! I highly recommend Anja Health to any parent who is considering banking their babies cord blood, stem cells, and placenta!

A little confusing The kit was a little confusing for me and the providers collecting my cord and tissue. The instructions were the same as if I had originally selected all 3 for storage, when originally I had only selected cord blood and tissue, not placenta. My provider packaged the placenta, but didn't have a canister to put it in since I had not originally selected it, but the instructions told her to send it. Once my placenta was received by Anja, they asked if I would like it to be stored as well. I agreed, but I would have preferred the instructions be specific to what I was originally wanting instead of how they were. I also did not get a certificate for the storage until my card was declined because I didn't know to expect payment to come out. The person who reached out to me suplied a certificate once I asked, but the certificate did not include the placenta storage info. I asked for that as well and it was sent back as simply an email with the storage location.

Affordable and easy, but need more comm. Affordable and easy. My baby came in earlier and they sent a package right away. Only thing is I wasn’t really informed after they took the blood for 30 days even when I sent messages. I did call and was able to reach someone. I feel like somewhere there should be a message informing it reached location after pick up and what the next step is.

My birth went super smooth it took about 30 min for them to collect the core blood. the communication they are super fast to respond if I have any question will be using them for my next baby for sure

I cannot offer a review for this book… I cannot offer a review for this book as it was ordered for a grandchild who needed it for a college class. I will say however, that the transaction with the seller was handled quickly and smoothly, the book arrived very quickly and was in the same excellent condition as it was advertised.
