Smooth experience I wanted to wait to give a thorough review of my experience with Anja Health but they are amazing. I went into labor early with my daughter and my kit had not arrived. All it took was a quick text message and they had someone drive me my kit and it got here just in time for me to go and deliver my baby. They are so responsive over the phone, text and email. No once have we felt like our questions do not matter, they take the time to answer all of our questions. Their web page is very easy to use and I love that we can also bank our placenta. Looking forward to using them again for our second baby.

Highly Recommend!! I recieved the kit quickly after ordering. I've never used a kit like this before, but it had easy enough instructions for me and my medical team to follow. I was nervous about the pick up service coming on time but they were great as well. I definitely recommend- I love the peace of mind and it's not terribly expensive. The communication from the company has been great so far as well.

A little confusing The kit was a little confusing for me and the providers collecting my cord and tissue. The instructions were the same as if I had originally selected all 3 for storage, when originally I had only selected cord blood and tissue, not placenta. My provider packaged the placenta, but didn't have a canister to put it in since I had not originally selected it, but the instructions told her to send it. Once my placenta was received by Anja, they asked if I would like it to be stored as well. I agreed, but I would have preferred the instructions be specific to what I was originally wanting instead of how they were. I also did not get a certificate for the storage until my card was declined because I didn't know to expect payment to come out. The person who reached out to me suplied a certificate once I asked, but the certificate did not include the placenta storage info. I asked for that as well and it was sent back as simply an email with the storage location.

Anja Health is Fast, Affordable, Efficient and Friendly Anja Health is outstanding when it comes to communication. Since signing up I have received texts and emails every step of the way. The Anja Health team are fast, efficient and friendly. I feel my Cord blood and Cord Tissue are safely stored. I love that they sent me a stem cell certificate with all the information. Also, Anja Health is currently developing a platform where I will be able to access my information at any time and will be updated about when that will take place 🙂.

Anja is affordable and I loved the… Anja is affordable and I loved the addition to bank the placenta. It was great option for us, I had a scheduled c-section and went to plan including having my doctors and nurses on board for my stem cell banking. I love the educational videos they post on socials about pregnancy, babies, and stem cell banking.
