"Great" Care Indeed! I have been working with Care Indeed for more than a year now and have found their service and staff exemplary! I have a very challenging disabled adult child that requires round the clock care. Management and staff have been great. In particular, Joett, Luigi and Martin have done a great job making sure my daughter has the care she needs. Communication avenues are solid. I started by adding them in part time, it was not long before we decided to use Care Indeed 100%! Today we have a wonderful main, full time care giver that regularly exceeds our expectation for good care - maybe name change to "Great" Care Indeed! So grateful for this agency and it's staff!

Good Caregivers. Spotty communication. Inefficient Scheduling. The care provided has been quite good, but scheduling efficiency has been poor. The reponse time to messages left on the ClearCare site has been very inconsistent. Every change in schedule has been rocky with numerous personnel changes prior to the event. It feels as if the agency is constantly scrambling to find workers. The care giving is obviously the most critical measure of a senior care agency, but needed improvements in the scheduling reduces my rating from a 4.5 to a 3.

The Management team and staff did an superb job in arranging the home care needs that I had requested once I was released from the hospital. The home care service was beyond my expectations, I was really impressed with the care staffs abilities and skills that was required to assist my needs. Awesome Home Care Provider Service, not to mentioned the rates were affordable and manageable financially. Go Care Indeed....God Bless

Care Indeed is a well run and staffed… Care Indeed is a well run and staffed with wonderful compassionate carers and nurses. Dealing with them was a brilliant experience. I used the company for my own post-operative care and they exceeded my expectations on all fronts.
