GBAdministrative Mess The care givers that Care Indeed have been of mixed quality. Some of them are excellent and some of them just want to stare at their phones all day. The most frustrating part of Care Indeed is their internal processes and customer support. Invoices are frequently inaccurate. Every bill is an adventure. In addition, they do not respond to emails or phone calls on a timely basis.

GBMark Naval, Care Indeed - skilled and compassionate caregiver Mark Naval from Care Indeed has been an excellent caregiver. He works very well with my elderly father, who has suffered from a severe head injury, as well as dementia. My father needs someone with a lot of patience and compassion, as well as skills and strength to help him in the bathroom. Mark is able to assist my father with all of these needs, and we are thankful to be able to rely on him.

GBCare is excellent Care is excellent, and I have the best caregiver of all! However, I find their bookkeeping almost impossible to follow. It would be so much easier if I would get an end-of-the-month statement (like a credit card statement) rather than the bits and pieces of each visit within the month. It is a headache!

GBGood Caregivers. Spotty communication. Inefficient Scheduling. The care provided has been quite good, but scheduling efficiency has been poor. The reponse time to messages left on the ClearCare site has been very inconsistent. Every change in schedule has been rocky with numerous personnel changes prior to the event. It feels as if the agency is constantly scrambling to find workers. The care giving is obviously the most critical measure of a senior care agency, but needed improvements in the scheduling reduces my rating from a 4.5 to a 3.
