My mom needed transport after a serious accident. My mom needed transport after a serious injury from Long Island to North Carolina, where she lives. We had never dealt with a situation of this critical nature. I called Advanced Air Ambulance and from start to finish they were very professional and put my mind at ease, in setting the flights up. The staff that flew with her was very respectful, caring and compassionate towards her during the flight. They made her as comfortable as possible. The transport by ambulance to her home was also met with wonderful and professional people. Mom is so thrilled to be home and is recovering quicker now that she is in her own home. It was a pleasure working with this company and we are very thankful that we chose them to transport mom safely home.

My wife suffered a life threatening injury while we were on vacation last month for our anniversary. Delivered on every promise Wow. I hoped I would never have to use a service like this. However, when we needed to transport my mother from North Carolina to Florida, the team at Advanced Air Ambulance was nothing short of spectacular. I knew as soon as I gave Richard all the pertinent information, he had control of all the logistics. they were extremely punctual and delivered on their promise of timeliness, safety, and care. I hope we never have to use a service like this again but, if we do, there is no doubt who our choice will be.

Advanced Air Ambulance We needed a fully equipped ICU air ambulance to air lift my brother-in-law from Aruba back to the states. I am so glad we chose Advanced Air. Richard and the flight crew were very professional, kind, compassionate and helped tremendously during this very difficult time. This was an amazing experience This was an amazing experience. Compared to getting a mobile deposit app on my phone, arranging this flight was far easier. Everything worked beautifully, the pilots and the nurses were great. We had a very smooth flight and we even arrived early at our destination. Everything was explained to us from the beginning of the process until the end. Richard Abbara was fantastic to work with. He answered all of our questions and was always available to take with regarding our needs and our timing. Richard kept the people picking us up at our destination airport well-informed on our progress. We had a great follow-up phone call the day after we arrived t our destination to review how everything went. Highly recommend this company and Richard.
