Advanced Air Ambulance is Excellent Advanced Air Ambulance is excellent in every respect. Advanced Air Ambulances provides excellent service, great care for their patience and great value. We were in Italy traveling and my wife fell and broke her pelvis and had additional complications. I contacted air ambulance companies but Advanced Air Ambulance was the most responsive. Richard is awesome and kept in contact with us and informed. On the day that my wife got out of the hospital, I contacted him and within a day he had arrangements made for my wife to return to the US by air ambulance. Richard also arranged for ground ambulance transportation in Rome, Istanbul and Los Angeles. Two flight nurses who were ICU trained took great care of my wife on the two flights home by providing life support and medications and were excellent, professional and caring. The nurses also helped us at the airports in Rome and Istanbul with boarding and customs. When we arrived in Los Angeles, the two nurses followed us home to check on my wife and to make sure she was well. This is rare nowadays. There was not a single glitch or problem from leaving the hotel in Rome, on the flights to Los Angeles and arriving at our home in Los Angeles. We are blessed, thankful and grateful to Advanced Air Ambulance, especially Richard. I highly recommend Advanced Air Ambulance as they are the best. They deserve more than FIVE STARS for their great service, compassionate care, responsiveness and assistance.

This was an amazing experience This was an amazing experience. Compared to getting a mobile deposit app on my phone, arranging this flight was far easier. Everything worked beautifully, the pilots and the nurses were great. We had a very smooth flight and we even arrived early at our destination. Everything was explained to us from the beginning of the process until the end. Richard Abbara was fantastic to work with. He answered all of our questions and was always available to take with regarding our needs and our timing. Richard kept the people picking us up at our destination airport well-informed on our progress. We had a great follow-up phone call the day after we arrived t our destination to review how everything went. Highly recommend this company and Richard.

My mom needed transport after a serious accident. My mom needed transport after a serious injury from Long Island to North Carolina, where she lives. We had never dealt with a situation of this critical nature. I called Advanced Air Ambulance and from start to finish they were very professional and put my mind at ease, in setting the flights up. The staff that flew with her was very respectful, caring and compassionate towards her during the flight. They made her as comfortable as possible. The transport by ambulance to her home was also met with wonderful and professional people. Mom is so thrilled to be home and is recovering quicker now that she is in her own home. It was a pleasure working with this company and we are very thankful that we chose them to transport mom safely home.

Good experience under difficult circumstances Richard and Al were very responsive in putting together a Learjet and crew including doctor and nurse to fly us from Quebec City to Los Angeles in less than a day's notice. We had no trouble reaching them or getting calls back during setup. They arranged ground ambulance at both ends. Pilots and attending physician and nurse were very attentive to my wife's needs throughout the flight.

Outstanding Outstanding! This group of professional medical team and pilots was outstanding. My husband had heart failure three thousand miles from his doctors in Boston and Advanced Air Ambulance got us back to Massachusetts in under 6 hrs. Can't say enough about the professional staff..
