Tom Eisenman Your representative, Tom, is an amazing guy. At last year's Executive Director Conference, I approached him at the CauseMatch table and told him that I wasn't an executive director or a potential client but would love a pair of socks and some other swag. He said sure, and I'm happy to relate that I wear those socks every Shabbos. I came this year, and the first thing I did was visit the table and pick up the upgraded version!

Thank you We were quite happy with the results in the end. We reached our goal. The day-by-day team was responsive to our needs and responded quickly to different things we needed. Regarding the initial setup process. I think we felt that we there would be more tech support and support for setting up the swipe, the financial issues/currency, etc. Once we fully understood the way things were working, we were able to work with the team and develop strategies for dealing with a multi-currency campaign. Lesson learned, as well is that it is important to start as early as possible. Something we will take into next year's campaign. Thank you for your support.

Great platform and support! It is so wonderful to have the CauseMatch team on our side. Their platform is easy to use (although the backend for mobile devices still needs an upgrade which I am told will be ready soon), customer support is quick to reply and very very helpful.
