Thank you We were quite happy with the results in the end. We reached our goal. The day-by-day team was responsive to our needs and responded quickly to different things we needed. Regarding the initial setup process. I think we felt that we there would be more tech support and support for setting up the swipe, the financial issues/currency, etc. Once we fully understood the way things were working, we were able to work with the team and develop strategies for dealing with a multi-currency campaign. Lesson learned, as well is that it is important to start as early as possible. Something we will take into next year's campaign. Thank you for your support.

We were very nervous about not reaching our goal in the campaign due to the war but with CauseMatch cheering us along and holding our hand and guiding us in the most positive way we were successful... the staff is professional and warm and always available to answer our needs... This is the 4th matching campaign our… This is the 4th matching campaign our school has done. I have scene an improvement in the software and more importantly the person customer support. This year the customore support before the campaign kept me on track and when I was about to give up or postpone the campaign it really kept me going.

At last year's Executive Director Conference, I approached him at the CauseMatch table and told him that I wasn't an executive director or a potential client but would love a pair of socks and some other swag.
