GBOutstanding customer service and lowest product prices I am so pleased that I used tigermedical.com to purchase my husband's Lynx4 scooter. The offered price was the lowest anywhere. What really impressed me was their customer service. They listen, take great notes then have terrific follow through. I requested that the they send me a scooter manufacturered in late 2013 and not 2012. They checked the manufacturing date and sent us a scooter manufactured in October 2013. They have outstanding attention to detail.

GBCustomer service that cares.. We were opening up a practice in South Jersey and needed the tables by a certain date. Jeff, gave us the information on the lead times of each table and we purchased one that would meet are deadline for our office opening. Would recommend Tiger Medical for anyone looking to setup a practice.

GBI strongly advise people against doing… Tiger Medical is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Their customer service department, in addition to their sales manager, should all be fired and the company should start over. They all give a bad name everyone that is in the industry. I spoke to the sales manager who said that they can't control manufacturing time, which is true. He also stated that they had one of the beds in their warehouse, which can be shipped in 1 day. Three weeks later, he has no idea what happened and referred me to their customer service manager. Email after email, voice mail after voice mail, and no one would return any. Today, I called again (three months later) and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I was told by a rude, obnoxious, waste of human space person, that the service manager is not available and the person I should be speaking with is the sales manager. I refused to speak to the sales manager and asked for the customer service manger, but was told that I will not speak to her at all and I can only speak to whom they wanted me to speak to and was transferred to them anyway. These people are liars, cheats, and a waste of time. No other human should be taken for any rides by these people. If you want to lose 3-4 months of your time, money, effort, not get what you pay high money for, and be aggravated, feel free to go ahead with your order. I strongly advise against dealing with these people.

GBGreat scooter This is my husbands second go go ultra X scooter. It meets all his needs and is durable and light weight for traveling. Very convenient to take on airline without taking it apart. Would recommend it to anyone with mobility problems. His first scooter lasted him 7 years and was used at least 2-3 times weekly. This scooter has allowed him to vacation with the family, attend sporting events, amusement parks, stock shows and a lot of other events with our grand children and family. Really a great purchase.
