DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I requested a refund within 30 days as then product was not suitable for my husband who I had purchased it for. I was told that the cost of my shipping it back to I the US would it be viable and was offered a 20% refund which was not acceptable. SO much for their full refund policy. I thought that I had seen on Facebook that they offered a 90 day trial and so I waited until the 90 days to request a full refund again. This has been declined and now that the 30 days has passed are offering me NO refund. Please beware when ordering through Facebook from this company.

Shady company shipping from China Never buy a product from a company whose country of origin is not stated on the website. Which country does Acemend come from? Which country do they pay their taxes? Is it USA= Also, their products are shipped from Cainiao, China, a red flag! I would avoid them unless the product is superior.

Absolutely blown away how good the back… Absolutely blown away how good the back stretcher works! I’ve had 2 spinal operations, with little or no improvements, I’ve tried everything such as chiropractic, massage, physio and more. Definitely worth the money! 😃

I have attempted to contact this… I have attempted to contact this company several times via email (as they require) to request a refund as I'm not happy with this product. To date I have not received any response! As they have no phone contact listed I will now go thru my credit card company to take care of this.

Skeptical, but hear me out. Well, I came across the ad for the product being sold on Instagram. My lower back hurts, but I was skeptical to order. We all know how most products advertise on those platforms are. I read a little of the products info and the magic phrase appeared, 30 days money back guarantee. Honestly, I knew in my heart that when I received it that to be careful unwrapping it cause it's not going to work. Needless to say, 3 weeks in to the product and honestly my back feels much better, pretty much no pain. I have now thrown out all the packaging because it's not getting returned. This thing actually works.
