Skeptical, but hear me out. Well, I came across the ad for the product being sold on Instagram. My lower back hurts, but I was skeptical to order. Honestly, I knew in my heart that when I received it that to be careful unwrapping it cause it's not going to work. Needless to say, 3 weeks in to the product and honestly my back feels much better, pretty much no pain. I have now thrown out all the packaging because it's not getting returned. This thing actually works.

Good tool to improve posture I purchased the neck & back stretcher. It worked really well to relieve the tension in my upper and lower back. I've been using it for 10 min in the morning and before sleep. It also helps correct my slouching posture. I am very satisfied with the product. Will definitely recommend anyone who has back pain to use it.

Very poor customer service! I recently received my back stretcher and have sent three emails already as well as requested info on the online website forum, still no response from them! I am starting to get very concerned that I may have been totally mislead by their advertising jargon? Do they actually care?

Very bad service from this so called… Very bad service from this so called company , placed an order and then 10 minutes later a decided to cancel it and have emailed them to do so .not had a response from them until they said it already shipped and they can’t do anything about. Also never received my order , i have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back . 0 stars for this shady company
