Excellent & trustworthy merchant processor Equity commerce has been great for us. They showed us we didn't have to lease equipment, and didn't have to sign a contract with those cancellation fees. We have been given excellent customer service with no long on hold times, and no waiting to talk to some one who dosn't care about customer service. I've been pleased with the service. :) I was happy with the experience getting my account set up for my credit card reader. It was a little drawn out, but I think worth it. It seems much more legitimate than the square. It comes with security features and I have a direct contact. So if I have any issues or problems, I can call her directly for help. My contact was very nice and helpful.

Poor iPhone app integration It's been almost 2 months of phone calls to get this problem fixed. But still no success.
