Avoid this company Avoid this company! They will take your payment, cancel your class numerous times, and ignore your requests for a refund. Their customer rep., Taja, nice though she seems, is the only person with whom you can get in touch, and she says it's out of her hands. She said she notifies a supervisor of the issue -- by email only -- and gets no response. Taja can't provide a name, number, or location for whomever is in charge. They need to be sued!

Totally unreliable and dishonest Needed CPR class for dental license renewal. First class was canceled, next class announced location change that would not work for me. With deadline approaching, I opted to pay additional fee for in-home private class. That was canceled shortly before instructor was due to arrive. Final option with them to get certified on time was to take a FaceTime class. I was told to call the instructors cell phone at a specific time. She did not answer her phone. Was able to get certified in time through another company. Enjoy CPR did refund my upcharge for the individual class, but refused to refund my original $79 fee for the group class.

Excellent CPR course Greatly appreciated course being available on a Saturday 9 am-12 . Appreciated the set up of the course , practice dummy's placed on tables versus having to get on and off floor. I have bad knees and back. First CPR course were I did not leave in pain. Also Comfortable chairs . The instructor Ben communicated well, answered all questions and presented examples well. I will definitely return every 2 years for my CPR renewal. I would highly recommend course. Due to the neighborhood being congested definitely allow extra time to find a non meter parking space.

An Exposure, But Not a Rigorous Training The course was scheduled as a five and a half hour course; however it was completed within three and a half. The class was small, approximately 10 participants. We watched videos and silently read through power points, which often advanced too quickly to fully grasp all that was indicated on each slide. We received one handout summarizing the process of CPR/AED for a child vs. an adult, but nothing else for the other emergency situations (e.g. choking, heat exhaustion, etc). We each practiced the full CPR process one time on the dummies, and also using the respirator pump. Everything else was observed by video or demo by live instructor.

No show!! I paid for a class for my daughter, which the first one was cancelled due to weather & now TODAY know one is there for the class in Mt. Lebanon!!! She needed this certification for her degree at Slippery Rock University on 1/22/18!!! Now because of THEIR INCOMPETENCE my daughter may not graduate in May!! I'm disgusted & expect a full refund!! She received no email to state whether there was an emergency/illness with the instructor & the mgr at the site stated no one showed for the 11a class either!! What kind of scam company is this?!!! $74 for a no show plus gas money from SRU to Fort Couch Rd!! Ridiculous!!
