Shed Review! I loved the Shed the first time I went but I don't agree sending people home if they don't get a job with in the little time frame esp. when a lot of addicts have past criminal records! I was told I had to leave for not getting a job in time and for having a "boyfriend" that was in the same program! My parents offered to pay for my rent and was told I could stay, a few hours later I was sent out the door! I ended up overdosing around two hours later in Florida with my family in PA, I woke up in the ER, clothes cut off not knowing that I was just revived! I went back to the shed a week later and most of the workers were supportive but some were not which caused me to go to a half way house else where! I've been clean since last Aug and I truly think it's because of the shed but mostly because I was sick of being sick! I've made life long friends and lost too many to mention but because of the program I got to have those wonderful people if just for a little of their time before they were called back home to be with God! So I think things could've been different but I'd do it all over again and I always recommend the Shed to anyone struggling! Thank yins for helping me get to where I am today!

My Watershed experience was appalling My Watershed experience was appalling. Unprofessional, lack of evisdence base, dishonest - I was told that I would have access to psychologists / psychiatrists ... which was a key to why I 'signed up'! But the only access they gave me was a GP, which I already had access to before I committed to living with 10 people in bunk beds in a surburban house. There are so many people and so many organisations that care more for you than this one ... please seek alternatives.

Watershed Review The material could of been different from week to week but the medical care and help from staff and doctors were excellent and I would deffinately reccomend the Texas facility as it is smaller.

Amazing experience and an absolutely excellent program The Watershed saved my life and has given me the opportunity to help other alcoholics and addicts struggling with this disease. As a direct result of this program, my family is in my life and I am truly happy with where I am today not just in sobriety but as an individual. I am an alcoholic addict Great place and staff very knowledgable and helpful. One on one counseling when needed and groups discussion were very well planed and executed.
