There report lacked any detail and told… There report lacked any detail and told me a testosterone level of 522 was probably because I was on steroids. They suggested I contact a doctor. That level is more than normal for some in great shape and 56 years old. Since then I have received three unsolicited calls from medical centers to help me with my test. I would warn anyone about using this company.

Unactionable data... The test doesn't give you anything that you can action. They just suggest and even clearly state that the results don't mean anything without further testing (elimination diets). I feel like I wasted a ton of money! You will probably get better results with a food journal. Oh, and this is NOT an allergy test. It'd be better titled a "possible sensitivity but we don't actually know" test.

They charge up front and steal your money The blood test was too difficult for me to perform and the company refused to refund my money even though I was unable to utilize their test. They charge up front and then tell you it is too late to get a refund. Not a reputable company.

Terrible and Inaccurate Service! Online provider spent 5 minutes on the phone. Took them 3 times to request the correct testing panel I asked for. Got a blood test for STIs after 3 weeks of trying to correct the lab request, got a call two days after the test stating I was positive for HBV. Middle of the call I get asked if I ever got vaccinated and the call cuts midway. They never called back after getting cut off, never explained the results properly. Had to go to my regular gyno who told me I was positive for immunity meaning I’ve been vaccinated and negative for the virus. Complete and total waste of money, just go to your regular provider and save yourself the anxiety and headache!

I wish that I saw these reviews before… I wish that I saw these reviews before purchasing. I sent out my test 7 days ago and it still has not been received at the lab. So at this point will my urine sample even be accurate??? I used another company before and was able to get my results within 4 days. It would also be nice to have my results sooner to ease my anxiety. Hopefully they will give me a refund because this is ridiculous.
