I wish that I saw these reviews before… I wish that I saw these reviews before purchasing. I sent out my test 7 days ago and it still has not been received at the lab. So at this point will my urine sample even be accurate??? I used another company before and was able to get my results within 4 days. It would also be nice to have my results sooner to ease my anxiety. Hopefully they will give me a refund because this is ridiculous.

They charge up front and steal your money The blood test was too difficult for me to perform and the company refused to refund my money even though I was unable to utilize their test. They charge up front and then tell you it is too late to get a refund. Not a reputable company.

I made the mistake of uploading my insurance card on my profile and since they do not take my insurance they will not let me speak to a doctor via telehealth even though I clicked the option more than once to pay out of pocket. They say every time that I call that they have flagged my account and will send it to the higher ups. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Every time I call they say the same thing. How hard is it to just delete the insurance information so I can make an appointment??!! I can’t delete it myself I’ve obviously tried that. This place is a scam!

Crohn's Diagnosis I have suffered from IBS symptoms for about 8-10 yrs now and was recently diagnosed with Crohns Disease. I took the comprehensive food intolerance test to find out what some of my triggers are and they confirmed many things I had suspected, as well as, identified some "mystery" ingredients I never would have figured out on my own. Sunflower was one of them which I realized was in the organic crackers and protein powder I was using, both of which would almost immediately send me running to the bathroom and I couldn't figure out why. The test was easy. The results were fast (within a week) and the app made it easy to go back and review my results thru my phone when I was out and needed to review again. Very helpful experience in narrowing down what I can and cannot eat.

MAJOR error, wrong unit of measurement Bought the women's health test. Got the test back weeks later and the results and report had a MAJOR error that caused me a lot of distress, anxiety and tears. They had my testosterone levels marked at an unusually high level. I spoke to my doctor and found out that their measurements were not converted correctly. This is an incredibly LARGE and harmful error. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and neither does my doctor, who did not hesitate to call it a scam!
