Horrible Customer Service I ordered a thickening agent for my youngest daughter which she needs to have to eat and I ordered it with 2nd day shipping on Friday, well on Monday morning I called my order wasn't even shipped out yet and I was told I wasn't going to get it for a few days although I paid for the extra shipping. The customer service was horrible and I was given zero help. I cancelled my order and will never be ordering from them again. They did nothing to help my needs or anything to resolve this.

When I found the Boost Very High calorie formula from Home Delivered, I was so pleased to know that I would no longer need to use 8 or 10 bottles of a mixture to get the calories needed to sustain my weight and aid in my recovery time. Staisfied with the company and the products. I would recommend this company and the products I purchased. I have purchased the Dignity Doubler Pad to go inside adult diapers and have been very satisfied with the product. I also, purchased DynaShield Skin Protectant Barrier Cream and it works wonderful to stop skin break down. The company has sent items in a timely matter and they have arrived in good shape.

I have ordered products from home delivered almost two years and I do npt have any complaints. My products come on time and right products delivered. We usually order the cuties baby diapers and cuties baby wipes I would recommend these diapers not only good price but the quality of these diapers and wipes are just as good as most popular brands of diapers and wipes. Disappointed I ordered two bottles of Simply Thick without the pump. That was because I had 3 pumps on hand. I was shipped the correct order; however I was charged the price that included the pumps which was $8 more for each bottle than it should have been. I talked to customer service and was essentially told "too bad". Needless to say I will not be buying from Home Delivered again.
