I ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only… I ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only received one! I emailed them and they sent me an email stating that it was due to product availability but didn’t send an invoice stating it was back ordered. I sent them another email and they then responded that I only ordered one! I sent them a photo of my order and disputed the charges! Do not buy from this company!

Disappointed I ordered two bottles of Simply Thick without the pump. That was because I had 3 pumps on hand. I was shipped the correct order; however I was charged the price that included the pumps which was $8 more for each bottle than it should have been. I talked to customer service and was essentially told "too bad". Needless to say I will not be buying from Home Delivered again.

You never know what you're going to get. They ship the wrong sizes and the the next time they ship it to the billing address instead of the shipping address. Who wants to deal with returning diapers? Like I don't have enough crap in my life.

super#1 super, awesome, and super. These are the words I would use to describe home delivered. Super service, awesome products and super friendly customer service. I have ordered products from home delivered almost two years and I do npt have any complaints. My products come on time and right products delivered. We usually order the cuties baby diapers and cuties baby wipes I would recommend these diapers not only good price but the quality of these diapers and wipes are just as good as most popular brands of diapers and wipes. Most of all I like the fact I can rely on home deliverd for childrens diapering needs. Glenn Bartorelli

I Do not recommend this company I placed an order for Kirkland protein bars on March 7th. After 2 weeks I hadn't had any updates on my order. I emailed them and was told that my order was in the final stages of processing. I waited another week and a half before reaching out again and they said pretty much the same thing. So I told them if I didn't get refund or update on delivery I'd be contacting my credit card company to file a claim. I get an email from them the very next day saying my order was canceled... They say they're based out of the US so I don't see any reason why it would take so long to ship. This whole process took almost a month. Do not order from this company!
