I had a specific issue regarding… I had a specific issue regarding getting approved due to my location and some other factors. I emailed Matt about my issue and asked if he could help find a solution as I was denied by a few processors and didnt know where to turn. He reached out to his contacts for an answer and answered easily a dozen emails I sent him over a week with various questions.
