NPThe first request truly flabbergasted… The first request truly flabbergasted me since they generally refreshed me by email. Its items and administrations are mind boggling and truly reasonable, yet its site's movement isn't any better. I will give you a proposal.
UPS only if six days Is OK.
GBYour company was great. But UPS is not. Your company was great. But the UPS delivery didn’t get the part to me until 2 days later, not next day as I was told. I recommend giving your customer the option to pay a little extra for next day delivery, rather than telling me ground delivery will get it to me next day. UPS assured me that they were under no obligation to deliver my package for 5 full business days after they pick it up. So 6 business days total. So 4 stars rather than 5.

IEIf you don't have it in stock then… If you don't have it in stock then apply this on your website... Waiting weeks for a tiny part that's on a pallet in germany they tell me... Waste of my time really...

GBfast shipping, friendly staff fast shipping, very good friendly service on the phone. prices are competitive. i wish only that I did not haft to read the covid 19 page every time I log onto my account and haft to wait for it to go away even after hitting the x button multiple times.

GBSince Heritage was bought out or taken… Since Heritage was bought out or taken over by this new company I can say the following. The service has dropped to near nothing. One order of Killion filters and housings took me over three months to receive. Orders were lost , shipped out as partial shipments which were never received. Now just trying to get a credit invoice emailed to me took hours and would not have happened if I had not called back in a second time . Extremely poor service !
