It allowed my business to streamline all processes in our repair shops, creating tickets, managing the cost of goods sold, employee management, and so on and so forth. Their onboarding process is excellent. I definitely would recommend it. Moreover, their support is superb the guy name Usman Ali helped me with my issue in no time.

The Best POS System for any Electronics Repair Shop We just switched to Repair Desk about 2 months ago, the software is great and it's perfect for our needs as an Electronics Repair Shop. They are constantly coming out with new tools and integrations to make our job easier. Whenever I have any questions or concerns about the software, their customer support staff has always been super helpful. Never had to wait on hold. POS system is very good and serves the purpose. Arnold is always there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks.
