RepairDesk is Great! RepairDesk was able to handle 100% of daily tasks and streamline all processes in our repair shop. Creating Tickets, Managing COGS, Tracking inventory etc. And to top it off, the RepairDesk support team. They are always able to help me out with any issues or questions I may have. A big thanks & yes to Arnold as he is there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks. Definitely would recommend.
