The reviews on this are sketchy af. I'm starting to feel fishy about these constant 5 star glowing reviews, 2 of them say almost the same exact message. We have been experiencing nothing but complication after complication, this software was sold to us as a working product and some basic functions (like customer intake signatures, importing items to inventory, keeping email/sms notifications off for the customer after actually toggling them off already, the quirks and unreliability goes on), and the supports answer after detailing my concerns and issues is always "reset cookies/cache" (a band-aid, not a solution), or restart browser. This feels like a Beta that is not quite ready for launch, the concept is there and I think the software is brilliant.......... when it works that is.

Arnold Amazing customer service Amazing customer service I have to come on here and commend RepairDesk for their outstanding customer service. The live chat, which is directly linked to the RepairDesk screen is excellent. Arnold in particular is so helpful. This guy must never sleep as he is always there when I need him. 10/10

Extremely Unreliable Extremely Unreliable. Bugs that will ruin your inventory tracking, making you susceptible to shrinkage and theft.

Repairdesk is a must-have cell phone… Repairdesk is a must-have cell phone repair software. It allowed my business to streamline all processes in our repair shops, creating tickets, managing the cost of goods sold, employee management, and so on and so forth. Their onboarding process is excellent. I definitely would recommend it. Moreover, their support is superb the guy name Usman Ali helped me with my issue in no time.
