I started using RepairDesk a while ago… I started using RepairDesk a while ago and it was a bit challenging at the start to learn but as soon as I get familiar to this it become much more simpler and provided me an ease in my daily business flow. My printers work fine with it and every thing is slef managed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SOLUTION TO ALL THE CELL PHONE REPAIR SHOPS!!!!!!!! Support team is always responsive specially the guy Faisal helped mw with setting up couple of things.

I am extremely satisfied with… I am extremely satisfied with Repairdesk I am extremely satisfied with the support got from Arnold. After my complete training Now Arnold looks after my queries! POS system is very good and serves the purpose. Arnold is always there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks. Definitely would recommend it.

The easy of use of the software is my favorite aspect of using RepairDesk. Paired with the ticketing system and tracking of tickets is the best part. Really love the need help feature with… Really love the "need help?" feature built right into repairdesk! It's so nice to quickly have someone to help you at the moment you run into an issue instead of waiting on hold forever as I have experienced with many other companies.
