The ease of writing a rider is okay. I am not happy that auto renewal occurs in a pandemic with no work going on. A rebate may have been in order as no coverage was used or needed last year.

Impressive Customer Service The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.

Value at Fair Price It was easy to purchase my professional coaching liability insurance through ProSight, and I'll likely use them again next year. The liability insurance offered by my sport's governing body kept increasing every year, and it seemed like they were using it as a profit center rather than a way to protect their coaches. Pro sight has been the easiest business… Pro sight has been the easiest business insurance I have ever purchased. Access to your account to add select venues etc is very easy. All questions have been answered promptly from the CSR’s who are super friendly and efficient. Lastly their pricing is very competitive and a lot less than I was previously paying. Highly recommend this company, if only all other things in business went as smoothly as purchasing insurance from Pro Sight.
