GBBoth hearing aids are the same color Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?

GBI had to return some hearing aid… I had to return some hearing aid filters because they were the wrong type but this company did an excellent job helping me with the return and sent me the correct filters right away. You never know about a company's customer service until you have the opportunity to interact with them. This company's customer service and return policy was first class and eliminated any bad feelings I had about receiving the wrong filters. I would certainly do business with Hears, Hearing and Hearables again in the future.

GBGreat on prompt shipment but no technical support Order processing and shipment were very fast. However, when the Phonak Roger didn't work, they could not provide any technical support. They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.
