Both hearing aids are the same color Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?

I had to return some hearing aid… I had to return some hearing aid filters because they were the wrong type but this company did an excellent job helping me with the return and sent me the correct filters right away. You never know about a company's customer service until you have the opportunity to interact with them. This company's customer service and return policy was first class and eliminated any bad feelings I had about receiving the wrong filters. I would certainly do business with Hears, Hearing and Hearables again in the future.

Got exactly what I asked for and in a… Got exactly what I asked for and in a timely manner. I needed a charger for my hearing aids, my original one had the springs dislocated so it wasn’t holding my hearing aids in place to get a charge. Sadly, anyone who been dealing with hearing loss knows, hearing aids and accessories are not cheap. Even with the price, I am extremely happy that I found a charger that is compatible with my hearing aids. Now my hearing aids is fully charged and I am ready to tackle the day. Thank you.
