She not only figured out what I needed but, late in the day, saw to it that shipment got out so that I received the next morning!

GBGreat on prompt shipment but no technical support Order processing and shipment were very fast. However, when the Phonak Roger didn't work, they could not provide any technical support. They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.
