GBI had to return some hearing aid… I had to return some hearing aid filters because they were the wrong type but this company did an excellent job helping me with the return and sent me the correct filters right away. You never know about a company's customer service until you have the opportunity to interact with them. This company's customer service and return policy was first class and eliminated any bad feelings I had about receiving the wrong filters. I would certainly do business with Hears, Hearing and Hearables again in the future.
