GBIt was actually a delightful… It was actually a delightful experience. I reached out online. I believe her name is Maile. She was so nice & helpful. She instructed me to send some pictures of one of the items & she figured out what I needed. She Told me when I would expect delivery, sent me the details. Package arrived earlier than expected. She is a gem.

GBKim did an exceptional job of making me… Kim did an exceptional job of making me feel like a valued customer! Service is hard to find these days but she should teach customer service! She not only figured out what I needed but, late in the day, saw to it that shipment got out so that I received the next morning!

GBI had to return some hearing aid… I had to return some hearing aid filters because they were the wrong type but this company did an excellent job helping me with the return and sent me the correct filters right away. You never know about a company's customer service until you have the opportunity to interact with them. This company's customer service and return policy was first class and eliminated any bad feelings I had about receiving the wrong filters. I would certainly do business with Hears, Hearing and Hearables again in the future.

GBBoth hearing aids are the same color Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?
