Windship and Mighty Joe I've been doing business with my rep, Joe, for a long time. Our business relationship predates his tenure with Windship and I was SO happy when he got on board with them. I wasn't doing business with Windship for all sorts of reasons and I told him that when he joined their team. He assured me any past events would be reconciled and I would be as happy with him there as I was when he was with VaporNation. If he worked for/with me I'd never let him go. I can't say enough great things about him, his professionalism, or the way he handles anything and everything. I never worry when purchasing from Windship anymore, and Joe is the reason why. I also do appreciate the hard work and effort all over there have put in to turn things around, and I have to say they've all done a great job of working out the prior kinks and growing pains. My shop is in Massachusetts, so things have been pretty rough over here. Without Joe's help and support, I don't think I'd still be open. Joe is the best rep I have industry… Joe is the best rep I have industry wide. These are tough times we're all scrambling to navigate, so things are going to go awry, but I wouldn't trade Joe for anyone, ever. He's the reason I purchase from Windship.

These Guys Are the worst company to deal with in this industry I have ever experienced.They Never answer there phone's or respond to emails. Horrible Way to operate a Distribution company. Still haven't received a refund/order from last year🤦🏽‍♂️ Multiple Follow Up messages and emails and still NO word back.🤦🏽‍♂️

Very first order and it’s out of stock… Very first order and it’s out of stock for an important product. No live quantities shown. Nobody can seem to answer the phone in Marketing or even give a callback. Overall bad first impression on the first order! I will fulfill my business elsewhere until they get it together with their warehousing.
