Hearing Aid Audiologists I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years. Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists are the first group I have been with who have helped me to finally hear things I haven’t heard in over 40 years. They are so knowledgeable about their products, caring, and helpful. I was with Dr. Lindsey today and she taught me some things I was struggling to do! I will never go back to a hearing specialist because I actually knew more about how the hearing aids worked than they knew. Before that (30 years ago), I was turned off by audiologists because they only did a hearing test and ordered the hearing aids. Then, when I had a problem, they never had any answers, but sent them back to the factory usually costing around $300 unless they were still under warranty. The problem usually wasn’t solved! This is the first time I have come across audiologists who understood the workings of the hearings aids. I hope to continue working with the audiologists at Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists for the rest of my life. Thank you Dr. Lindsey!

5 star experience My ENT referred me to Dr Ratliff for a routine hearing test. Results indicated a hearing loss in both ears and recommended hearing devices which I had not anticipated. Dr Ratliff recognized my anxiety, spent considerable time educating me, programmed and placed the devices right away. She prepared me for what to expect, to call anytime with concerns and scheduled a follow up appointment. I kept thinking—surely she has other appointments that are waiting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They truly care about helping their clients. I took my mother for her annual hearing test today and we were greeted by these two caring people, they are the best! If I had to give them a rating it would be “excellent”!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PARKVILLE… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PARKVILLE LOCATION. I am still waiting for my hearing aids to be programmed. Three weeks and still just sitting there waiting. If I could I would give them NO STARS.

Dr. Pemba cares about your hearing! I’ve been going to Dr. Pemba for years. He never gives up! It’s personally important to him that his patients have the best possible hearing they can have. It doesn’t matter how many adjustments he has to make for your different hearing environments. I never question his expertise. That’s a given for me. Of course, I appreciate his knowledge, but I trust him because he cares!! I would recommend him to anyone with hearing issues!
