5 star experience My ENT referred me to Dr Ratliff for a routine hearing test. Results indicated a hearing loss in both ears and recommended hearing devices which I had not anticipated. Dr Ratliff recognized my anxiety, spent considerable time educating me, programmed and placed the devices right away. She prepared me for what to expect, to call anytime with concerns and scheduled a follow up appointment. I kept thinking—surely she has other appointments that are waiting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Simpsonville office ensures a 5-star experience, every time. The visits to the Simpsonville office are always professional and actually a fun experience. From the friendly "Welcome" by Rachel, to the time with Doctor Greer, I always feel I am appreciated. He ensures you are 100% satisfied with your hearing during each visit. I feel like I have a brand new pair of hearing aids every time. Great job by both of the most professional staff.

Great Resource I have used Healthy Hearing for several years now, in my former practice, and a new one since June, 2021. Yale Hearing Center continually does not return phone calls! Yale Hearing Center continually does NOT return phone calls! Problem has been ongoing for many months. It's almost impossible to speak with anyone at the Hearing Center. Very hard to do business with them.

I moved here from North Carolina and… I moved here from North Carolina and had Oticon hearing aids. I went to Healthy Hearing (West GA Audiology) in Douglasville, Ga and Teresa Villegas adjusted my aids and I hear better than ever.
