Shipping was delayed and I reached out to customer service would advise me that it was delayed about a day later. I received my medication in about 11 days.

Once I stopped taking it, everything went back to normal. Service is good and easy to use so if you know the medication works for you it’s a great option!

Fast! Just started my treatments but am impressed by Apostrophe. Once I signed up I was able to choose my personal dermatologist based on their bio. The response time was crazy fast after I submitted all my info. Shipment of my personalized products was also very fast! So far so awesome!

If I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give ZERO stars I would. An absolute shirt company that takes your personal information and then locks you out of your account. No phone number so you can contact their slow customer service, and the providers are terrible. If you email them they send an auto response that says they’ll reach out within 24-72 hours. A WHOLE WEEK is not 24-72 hours. They really need to reevaluate their business and the future because other reviews are pretty horrific.
