Urban Wolf delivered by K9Cuisine The product, Urban Wolf, is one we've tried with our dogs before. Urban Wolf itself is a remarkable product. We literally saw one of our animals live an extra 2 years with cancer because of this food. Although very sick, his entire persona changed soon after we started him on Urban Wolf. His eyes brightened, his scent changed, he had more energy and was happy. Now we have a Silky Terrier that's 12 years old and we started him on Urban Wolf from K9Cuisine. I've never ordered from K9C before, but the experience has been very good. It took awhile to receive the shipment because all postal service and other delivery companies are running at full speed. BUT- K9C has been super communicative and as a new customer, I feel as if they truly care about doing what's right and because of that, I will definitely order more Urban Wolf from them. Good company!

I placed my first order of high-end dog… I placed my first order of high-end dog food, Nutri-Source, two weeks ago as chain stores don't carry it. Found K9cuisine online with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized I'd ordered cat food instead of dog food. I called and spoke to Margaret, a very kind person who assured me I could return it and K9cuisine would send a Fedex label. Easy! So easy that I ordered the dog food at the same time. Except, I'm a CEO of a tech company and our fire walls are tight and it was dumped into Junk. So I called today, talked to Margaret again and she patiently hung on while I worked on my end to allow her emailed PDF to get through to my inbox. It was a very uplifting interaction during these days of COVID as my experience has been that some customer service reps are not as patient.

Excellent service Very quick shipping. Package arrived well packed and undamaged (unlike so many other packages these days). Variety of foods that you carry is excellent also. We (and our kitty) are very happy!

Amazingly fast service on a hard-to-find food! Was happy to find a product that the manufacturer even did not currently have in stock! As K9 cuisine is listed as being located in Nebraska, I was certainly thinking it'd be a few days before getting my order. Imagine my surprise when it got here the NEXT DAY - they must have a network throughout the country they can tag to get orders to customers ASAP. Kudos! This should be more widely known 😁

Incredible Customer Service FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order. The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.
