Margaret was awesome – I checked with my breeder and it is 11 o’clock there now and I don’t want to call but my breeder said the new formula the meow is actually better than the original Dave’s! I am passing this on via email and I will send it to her tomorrow because I have to work. You have a great site and the most wonderful representative working for you and or owner she is the best. I know I can return it I am hoping I don’t have to I’m going to try to get a cam locally first but I may just decide to take a crazy shot and feed it to my crazy cat. Blessings and be safe

We have moved to a new state and it appears local distributors do not carry this brand. Web searches, brought me to you, one of the few companies who sell this product. GBI placed my first order of high-end dog… I placed my first order of high-end dog food, Nutri-Source, two weeks ago as chain stores don't carry it. Found K9cuisine online with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized I'd ordered cat food instead of dog food. I called and spoke to Margaret, a very kind person who assured me I could return it and K9cuisine would send a Fedex label. Easy! So easy that I ordered the dog food at the same time. Except, I'm a CEO of a tech company and our fire walls are tight and it was dumped into Junk. So I called today, talked to Margaret again and she patiently hung on while I worked on my end to allow her emailed PDF to get through to my inbox. It was a very uplifting interaction during these days of COVID as my experience has been that some customer service reps are not as patient.

GBIncredible Customer Service FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order. The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.
