GBCustomer service For the most part, I am not satisfied with IT Retail but I will say when I call customer service, I receive good customer service and I did again today when I spoke to Tasin. He did a nice job and he took care of my problem quickly. I appreciated his help and wanted to say thank you is why I am writing this review.

GBI am giving 5 stars because Edgar with… I am giving 5 stars because Edgar with tech support has been great everytime I work with him. He really knows his stuff. When it comes to the software itself there are some bugs and issues that really fall on the development team. I was hoping to be able to speak with the development team directly to discuss these bugs and get some insight on what features are on the roadmap. There are some key things missing from this software that are standard on other platforms that I hope I can push to have added or at least give suggestions from a customer perspective. We are the ones using the software everyday so I feel like that only makes sense.

GBUnreliable customer service. 24/7 support isn’t accurate. I left emails and called and left voicemail but no response yet. Generally they are good but you could be in pickle if you need urgent help during after US business hours on weekends. Grocery business is more active at such times but I don’t think I can count on support at these times.
