GBPoor communication, never did get my account up and running. My current host had been experiencing issues, and I needed a new host fast. I decided to take a chance on SetraHost. After a helpful chat, I signed up and opened a migration ticket. At first everything seemed to be going fine, but then they said they were about to begin and it would be done shortly. But two days, later, despite my inquiries, they still hadn't finished or replied to my ticket. I opened a billing ticket to cancel and billing replied right away and refunded me per their guarantee. I never did hear from tech support (migration) again and closed my account. Maybe it's a fluke, I don't know, but I am looking for good communication and reliability and didn't find that here.

GBWhy I Chose SetraHost Before switching to SetraHost, I was with Bluehost for a number of years and that was a hot mess! I made the switch to SetraHost almost a year ago and support has been fantastic! The migration of my website was extremely smooth and I faced minimal downtime, barely any! If there are any issues, SetraHost support posts regularly to keep their customers informed. Honest communication--that makes all the difference. Plus, their rates are extremely fair. Can't thank them enough!

GBHighly recommend!!! I've had my website for 20 years. I was looking for a new, cost effective, reliable host after being with GoDaddy for a decade. GoDaddy was nickel and diming for EVERYTHING. I found Setra and couldn't be happier! They offer MORE than GoDaddy and for a fraction of the price! Plus, they did all my site migration for free!! Highly recommend!

GBExcellent cost effective hosting I moved to Setrahost after I had issued a tweet complaining about the hosting company I was using. From the moment they contacted me they were brilliant. They migrated the site for me and any issues I've had have been sorted quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GBMy only regret was not migrating sooner Setra Host is SO helpful! I had Bluehost, and during my last stint with them I had many issues and had to contact their support 5 times and didn't get any help from them. My site would crash for days with no avail. The last person I talked to on Bluehost even said that my site had some serious issues they couldn't solve (and it took them 30 minutes), and that they had to take my request to a higher up case. So after my complaining about them on Twitter/X, Setra Host found me, swooped me in and saved my site! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they said that there were no "issues" that Bluehost spoke of. They were able to migrate my site within a few hours, and now it's faster than ever! Whenever I see someone complain about Bluehost, I immediately tell them to move over to Setra Host instead! I can't recommend them enough!!!
