Excellent cost effective hosting I moved to Setrahost after I had issued a tweet complaining about the hosting company I was using. From the moment they contacted me they were brilliant. They migrated the site for me and any issues I've had have been sorted quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My only regret was not migrating sooner Setra Host is SO helpful! I had Bluehost, and during my last stint with them I had many issues and had to contact their support 5 times and didn't get any help from them. My site would crash for days with no avail. The last person I talked to on Bluehost even said that my site had some serious issues they couldn't solve (and it took them 30 minutes), and that they had to take my request to a higher up case. So after my complaining about them on Twitter/X, Setra Host found me, swooped me in and saved my site! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they said that there were no "issues" that Bluehost spoke of. They were able to migrate my site within a few hours, and now it's faster than ever! Whenever I see someone complain about Bluehost, I immediately tell them to move over to Setra Host instead! I can't recommend them enough!!!

Domain Transfer went so smooth! Just spent the evening transferring all my domains over. SetraHost is the place they will call their forever home. They have phenomenal support. Highly recommended hosting service! I decided to switch to SetraHost because I needed a provider that didn't restrict their users from accessing things. SetraHost has been fast and I've been able to easily access the services I need. My welcome email included everything I needed to get set up quickly, and breeze through setting up my reseller plan since I manage multiple websites. I haven't needed support for anything, but I have asked a couple of questions about potential upgrades, and I always receive a reply within minutes. Pricing is excellent as well for what you get. I can highly recommend this host because they care more about their customers than the big name hosts where you're just a client #.
