This kind of stress isn't exactly how you help care for someone's mental health. The only reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, is because my therapist is great to work with. But the customer service is definitely lacking.

Highly Recommend Very easy to use and I was able to see a therapist within a week and I like him a lot. Also, not having to personally deal with insurance is amazing. I just pay Rula my copay and that's it. For someone who's put off getting help for so long because I thought it would be arduous, Rula has been a lifesaver.
