AMEE HAS OFFERED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, HANDS ON ASSISTANCE AND SHE IS WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. Many Patients who enter the ER know… Many Patients who enter the ER know very little about their options for treatment. They know very few facilities and when they google for help, Ads for programs that cost a ton are frequently on the first page. With RecoverWell I have managed to find the best treatment options, great ratings on the facilities, affordable and real recovery happening. I manage to find Patients treatment within the hour and link them to a program. The fact that I'm able to find a treatment program so quickly has stunned everyone in my emergency department. Patients who have lost hope are now relieved when I can tell them I found a program that will accept them right away. Seeing the light of hope return to a Patient's eyes makes me not only feel like I did something great for this person, but it motivates me to continue using the platform to find the best care possible. I don't have to fax information anymore with fear that I dialed the wrong fax number and break HIPPA laws, I don't have to make a telephone call and be put on hold for long periods of time.
