I am a Substance Use Navigator based in the Emergency Room, where time is of the essence. RecoverWell helps my patients connect to appropriate resources and speak directly with staff. Setting up an account was also very easy! Amee was accommodating and walked me through the entire process so that I could truly familiarize myself with their platform. The treatment centers are also personally vetted, so you feel safe and comfortable referring folks to the providers listed.

Recoverwell is a blessing Recoverwell has been such a blessing for us! We have never used a service that has made our intake process so much easier. Amee and her staff have been a dream to work with. The program has help with our ability to admit clients that are appropriate for our levels of care in an efficient and timely manner. The most amazing Recovery Connection service out there! This company is fantastic, responsive, and desperately needed. They help me connect my patients to Drug and Alcohol recovery programs almost instantly while they are still with me in the Emergency Department. As a Substance Use Navigator, this is an easy tool to use as I connect patients to recovery and advocate for their care. Their software is easy to use, and keeps me in the loop 24/7 for my patients. The experience is free to my patient and to my hospital, this is a great tool to add to my toolbox, it is quickly coming to the top of my list of most used.
