I love the freedom support pets give you. I love support pets. Would have been 5 stars but had such an issue this year getting my pup renewed. Support pets is great though I can take my baby anywhere with me now. This was the first bad experience I ever had. But I will continue to keep my pup through support pets.

Life saver It was quick and easy and I love the fact that they continue to offer support and classes for our Esa animals. Their website answers all types of questions and they follow up with emails to make sure you received what you paid for.

10/10 Experience, wasn't as difficult as I thought this process would be. I thought the process to enrolling my animals would take a lot longer & be a lot more paper work but going through ESA was very easy. I quite literally just looked up "how to enroll my animal as emotional support" & went from there. Although, I didn't expect a fee, it wasn't expensive which was good & it's cool you can add a whole bunch of things to your purchase, like a harness or framed documents for your animal. 10/10 experience, was no trouble for me.

Support Pets does a great job of… Support Pets does a great job of assisting people who are eligible for an ESA pet to get their pets certified. Once you have completed the forms, they supply you with all the paperwork necessary to get your certified ESA pet the benefits it is entitled to. They also supply your pet with a free gift bag with toys, a halter, and tags.

The website advertises a 24-48 hour… The website advertises a 24-48 hour approval. I renewed on 3/8/24. It took 2 weeks to get the documents which were dated 3/9/24. Despite numerous attempts to get an explanation for 2 weeks, I was given form letters and excuses with no real answers. This was a very stressful process.
