Let me preface this by saying that I had contracted a local broker for about a year and a half who did practically nothing to sell my business. I came across Baton and had some hesitancy because they promised a lot. I went ahead and signed with them and was told they would have multiple fair offers on the table and would likely close within six months. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical. The process of putting together information for the sale was a lot of work. After the first month or so, results really started to pour in. We had well over 100 interested buyers, around a dozen interviews with prospective buyers, 3 good buyer offers and selected the best of the bunch in about 5 months time. Throughout the process Dylan with Baton communicated what was going on and worked diligently to generate the best offer. I was astounded at the value and service of this company and would recommend anyone interested in selling to work with them. They promise a lot and over deliver and help through a stressful process. Working with them was one of the best business decisions we could have made for the next chapter of my company

GBSophisticated business owners, and we still learned a lot I co-own a small marketing and communications agency. We tried out Baton -- we probably want to sell the business eventually, but not yet. We were curious about our valuation today, though. I consider us pretty sophisticated business owners. We have owned P&Ls at Fortune 500 companies and led big teams in high-growth companies for years before starting our agency. We also have a business consultant.
