No response was given for over a week after many texts. I requested a refund and let them know through email and text that we did not want their service since we felt ignored and no service was given. I received a text message that said "Perfect". I contacted my credit card company which refunded our payment as the mindengage did not for November. I checked my credit card statement today for December and again this month we where charged. My credit card refunded me again which has an open investigation against mindengage. I feel taken advantage of. Be very aware.

The counselors are great but the scheduling needs help. We absolutely love our counselor, Sid. She has been patient and understanding and provided us calm in chaos. However, the scheduler that we are partnered with has been more of a struggle to work with. We missed a session because he didn't send us the link when I had been chasing him for it for two days. If I have a schedule conflict and ask inadvace if there is anything we can do he is dismissive with the overall attitude that of "that sounds like a personal problem". If it weren't for the unfavorable scheduling experience mind Engage would have 5 stars.
