I would have given Windward 5 stars but… I would have given Windward 5 stars but for the lack of information I would receive from my case worker. I felt like I had to chase him down to find out what was next for me only to find out that decisions were being made for me based on my insurance rather than my needs and wants.

They try to keep there beds full at all… They try to keep there beds full at all times. Shuffling patients through phases depending on their insurance for them to get the most money from each insurance company. Detox was decent but the detox house was disgusting and dirty.

The program is catered to AA The program is catered to AA. Not ideal for an addict. For me the experience was needed. Humility was practiced. But I wish it was also NA based. Employees would change meeting schedule to benefit their own recovery. Some employees didn't care about the client.
